Arkansas Fisheries Solutions, founded and operated by Will Glenn, built a strong reputation for dependable fishery management and customer-focused service across central Arkansas. As the business grew, Will sought a partner who could help him scale beyond the limits of a small independent operation; specifically, one who could provide the capital, structure, and support needed to unlock the next phase of growth while preserving the hands-on work he loved.
That partner was Jones Lake Management. Through a shared commitment to sustainable expansion and high-quality service, JLM provided the investment required to modernize equipment, secure property, and strengthen operational capacity. This partnership allowed Will to shift away from the pressures of running every aspect of a business and focus more deeply on the work that inspired him: serving clients, building relationships, and delivering outstanding results on the water.
As part of the transition, Arkansas Fisheries Solutions integrated into the JLM family as the Little Rock branch of Aqua Services, with Will taking on the role of Branch Manager. In this role, he continues to lead field operations and drive service excellence while benefiting from JLM’s broader systems, support structure, and long-term strategic vision.
