What We Do
Most manufacturers of floating fountains recommend that the unit be removed before ice and snow have an opportunity to damage fountain equipment.
During the fall of each year, the Jones Lake Management Fountain Service Team gears up and begins removing floating fountains and surface aerators for winter maintenance and storage. Our Fountain Winterization Service includes removal of the fountain or aerator in late fall, pressure washing the system, inspection and/or replacement of mooring lines, inspection of all underwater power cables, and an amperage draw test. We also reinstall the unit in the spring of the following year. At that time, we will ensure the mooring lines are properly anchored and the fountain is operating correctly. If any additional parts or supplies are needed for repair, you will be notified prior to the repair.

These centers are constantly updating and expanding their knowledge of fountains and aeration systems to make sure that your equipment is serviced properly. Whether your equipment needs routine maintenance or extensive repairs, we service most fountain and aeration equipment. Equipment can be dropped off or shipped to one of our five convenient locations. Alternatively, you may schedule an on-site service call, where an authorized service representative will visit your site and determine what repairs need to be made.
