How it Works:

Submit your referral using the form below.
Step 2:
Once your referral purchases an annual service contract, you will earn a $150 JLM credit which can be applied to your next invoice for lake management.
A referral occurs when a JLM customer connects our team with a new customer they feel could benefit from our maintenance services.
Please note that you cannot refer yourself, a customer who is already using JLM or a customer that has already been in contact with our team.
If you know a homeowner or commercial property with a waterbody with lake management needs, we encourage you to refer them to us.
If our team determines JLM would be a good fit for your referral, we will contact them to schedule an appointment.
If they qualify and purchase an annual service contract within 30 days of your referral submission, you are eligible for a reward.
Exclusions
JLM Referral Credit cannot be applied towards a one-time service, winter treatment, or fish stocking purchase, it must be applied to an annual management contract. It will be applied to your future invoice not retroactively.
Reward credits take about 6 – 8 weeks to be applied to your account once you’ve been notified of your eligibility.
If you earn $600 or more in referral rewards in a calendar year, you must submit a W-9 Tax Form to JLM.
As a participant in JLM referral program, in the event you post or share information about JLM or such programs via social media, you must disclose your material connection to JLM and follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. The following hashtags should be used in all social media posts: #Sponsored, #JLMReferralProgram.
