Tom Barry
Tom brings a wealth of industry expertise and a strong pedigree to Jones Lake Management, having most recently served as the President, Landscape Management Division of Ruppert Landscape, one of the largest commercial landscape service providers in the U.S. with over 30 branch locations and 2,300 employees. In his role at Ruppert, Tom oversaw the company’s maintenance service division and was responsible for driving branch operations and efficiencies, new business growth and IT initiatives. Prior to joining Ruppert, Tom spent over a decade in the finance, real estate and property management industries.

Adam Hater
With 26 years at Jones Lake Management, Adam Hater has played a key role in its growth and industry leadership. As COO, he oversees fish husbandry, marketing, logistics, customer service, and recruiting, ensuring a strong team and seamless operations. With extensive aquaculture experience, Adam has held leadership roles national and state organizations, including the National Aquaculture Association, Ohio Aquaculture Association, and Ohio Fish Health Group. He holds a B.S. in Biology and certifications in aquatic pest management, fish health, and environmental sustainability. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Adam is committed to advancing aquaculture through education, responsible fish stocking, and community engagement.

Amanda Seibert
Amanda is a graduate of Miami University and brings 20 years of financial and accounting leadership, including 10 years at Procter & Gamble and 10 years at Jones Lake Management. As Chief Financial Officer at Jones Lake Management since 2016, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to drive sustainable growth. Amanda manages key areas including M&A activities, investor relations, and corporate financial reporting, providing critical insights to support the company’s long-term objectives and continued success.

Robert P. Jones
Robert is a third generation fish farmer and chairman of Jones Lake Management. Robert has served on the board of directors for the National Aquaculture Association, American Fish Farmers Federation, and Ohio Aquaculture Association.

Jay Hudepohl
Jay recently joined the Jones Team as our Strategic Sourcing Director. He gained vast sourcing experience while at Procter and Gamble, and retail leadership experience with The Home Depot. Before joining the corporate world, Jay served in a multitude of roles as an Air Force Officer after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.

Alex Forsthoefel
Alex Forsthoefel graduated from Ball State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in biology with concentrations in Wildlife Biology/Conservation, and Aquatic Biology/Fisheries. He is a Regional Manager for Jones Lake Management, focused on supporting our branches, improving operations, and driving success across the North region. Alex's experience in the Lake Management industry allows him to combine the latest available technologies with his passion for identifying solutions for any lake/pond owner.

Anthony Monroe
Anthony has been a cornerstone of Jones Lake Management for a remarkable 17 years. He has a B.S. in Fisheries Biology from The Ohio State University and has been instrumental in our growth. His experience in establishing new branches has been pivotal in expanding our reach and impact in the field of lake management. Now a Regional Manager, Anthony's unwavering dedication to lake management and wealth of experience make him an invaluable leader as we continue our mission to enhance and preserve aquatic ecosystems.

Tom Hughes
Tom, a graduate of Hocking College, is a highly dedicated lake management professional with a passion for training and developing new team members in the field of integrated pest management. His commitment to excellence is evident through his role in collaborating with industry chemical manufacturers to amend use rates and develop innovative strategies, ensuring the most effective and environmentally responsible pest control solutions. Tom's expertise and leadership are instrumental in the professional growth of our team members, driving our commitment to providing sustainable and cutting-edge pest management practices. As Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Region, Tom leads operations with a focus on enhancing efficiency and aligning strategies across branches.

Christina Chumbley
Christina Chumbley is the General Manager for the Cincinnati area, bringing extensive experience in business operations and leadership to her role. She began her career with the company by managing our Cincinnati retail operations before advancing to Branch Manager in Medina, where she honed her skills in team management and customer service. Her success in this position led to her supporting the lake management and service divisions, further broadening her expertise. In her current role, Christina leads operations, drives growth, and enhances results across the Cincinnati region. Her comprehensive background in various leadership roles, including Branch Manager and Customer Service Manager, has equipped her with the insights and strategies necessary to effectively manage and develop the company's presence in the area.
