Matt brings over 25 years of financial and strategic leadership experience across private equity and public company environments. Prior to joining Jones Lake Management in 2026, he spent 6 years as CFO of private equity-backed businesses and 13 years at Macy’s, where he held senior roles in finance. As Chief Financial Officer at Jones Lake Management, Matt leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, integration, investor relations, corporate financial reporting, and human resources, providing strategic insight to support continued growth and long-term value creation.
