Matt began his career with Jones Lake Management in 2018 as an Aquatic Biologist, where he managed algae and weed control, fish stocking programs, and aeration system recommendations while introducing innovative nuisance management strategies and streamlining internal workflows. A Penn State University graduate with nearly seven years of experience in natural resource management, project planning, and client service, he combines scientific insight with practical leadership to help clients maintain healthy, balanced aquatic ecosystems.  As Regional Manager of the East region, Matt provides strategic oversight across multiple branches to help drive consistent growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.
