Derek brings extensive operational experience to his role as Regional Manager, Southeast. He joined the Jones Lake Management family in 2023 through its partnership with Aqua Services and was promoted to Branch Manager the following year, where his leadership helped drive significant growth and establish a strong foundation for future expansion. Prior to joining Aqua Services in 2012, Derek worked in banking and finance, bringing an analytical approach to planning, decision-making and operations. As Regional Manager, Derek leads the growth and development of operations across the Southeast, with a focus on strengthening teams, driving execution and supporting expansion into new markets.
