Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Additional Information:
- Once we receive your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returns

Free Shipping Policy
Products displaying a "Free Shipping" label will be shipped with no additional freight or shipping costs. Most orders are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days. The Jones Lake Management Free Shipping Program is only available within the contiguous United States and ends 12/31/2023.
Price Match Policy
If a lower advertised price is verified on an identical, in stock item, Jones Lake Management will match the price. The price matched item must be identical, including model number, components and US warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price from an authorized US dealer. Live fish, on-site services and free shipping offers are not eligible for the price match guarantee.
