Water lilies continued to grow across most of this pond, limiting recreational water use and making fishing a challenge.
Our client sought a quick solution to clean the pond up. They wanted to be able to enjoy it this year, not wait for slow-acting herbicides to take effect.
Difficult to manage water lilies were taking over this pond, restricting water movement and creating breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Rather than use an herbicide, we used weed harvesters to mechanically remove the water lilies. The result? Reduced mosquito breeding grounds so our clients could once again enjoy sitting out on their dock.
